We have found one, and are delighted so far with our new partner!
As you can imagine, after 15 years of supplying national and local businesses with our little team, we felt no big call centre could give the same customer care as our nurturing team could. We were delighted to be proven wrong.
Our partner centre kicks in after hours and takes messages for our team to then react to in the working week. They are managed and paid for by us - not by you. We then pass their billing onto you with our normal monthly invoice.
This means that we can manage their service levels, and you can feel confident that your project is being handled in one location, with one account manager.
Of course we have had some instances where the whole project will go to our partner centre - especially for the projects that are receiving over 300 leads per day.
Again, we will still account manage these accounts, so you can be confident that we know what service levels we expect from our supplier. We also have been able to buy their time cost effectively, as we are placing lots of different accounts with them so gaining the best prices for you and remain competitive for you.
